THERE ARE 3 WAYS THAT YOU CAN RIDE AND HELP SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
1. BECOME A CARRIER
Are you a cycling tourist?
Consider joining the Never Ride Alone team and pledge your next trip to mental health awareness and suicide prevention! You'll have the support and outreach of our team, while you make your way along which ever route you prefer. We'll connect you with local mental health organizations and organize media events for you to attend. Your ride is still your own, just with more support, outreach, and a positive message!
2. BREAKAWAY CHALLENGE
Challenge Yourself and Help Us Reach our Next Milestone Goal
Breakaway challenges are a great way to push yourself, while helping the overall team reach their goal! How does it work? A breakaway challenge will take place over a certain duration of time (I.e. 7 days) and will have a set amount of participants trying to reach a mileage goal. Participants can ride anywhere in the world as they contribute as many miles as possible to reach the mileage goal. Never Ride Alone organizes monthly breakaway challenges that you can join or you can organize your own!
3. GROUP RIDES
Join or Organize a Group Ride
Group rides can be anywhere between a couple hours to a couple days. Find a group near you, or organize your own group ride for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
PLEDGE TO RIDE MILES FOR MENTAL HEALTH
It doesn't matter how you get your miles in - whether it be riding your bike through your neighborhood or a stationary bike at your local gym, pledge those miles for mental health and suicide awareness! Join in and spread awareness of these topics by publicly pledging your miles.
